Dr Lim Cheok Peng
Managing Director, Group President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr Lim Cheok Peng is the Managing Director of Parkway Holdings and he sits on the Executive Committee. Dr Lim has been steering the Group's healthcare efforts since 1987 and, recently, has also been designated as the Group President and Chief Executive Officer.
Dr Lim is a cardiologist by profession and holds the following qualifications: MBBS (Singapore), M.Med. Int. Med (Singapore), MRCP (UK), FRCP (Edinburgh), FRCP (Glasgow), FAMS (Cardiology).
Daniel James Snyder,

Group Executive Vice President & Chief Executive Officer
Dan Snyder was appointed as Group Chief Operating Officer on 19 June 2006 and was recently designated as Group Executive Vice President and Group Chief Operating Officer. Mr Snyder leads all healthcare operations within Parkway's integrated healthcare system.
Prior to joining Parkway, Mr Snyder served as the President of Banner Health's Western Region. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Mr Snyder led twelve hospitals across the western United States. Prior to Banner Health, he spent three years with Intermountain Health Care in Salt Lake City, Utah, leading several hospitals across the Intermountain West of the United States. Prior to Intermountain Health Care, Mr Snyder served as a commissioned officer and healthcare executive in the United States Navy's Medical Service Corps. Over the course of two decades, he led myriad hospital and healthcare operations around the world serving in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the United States. Mr Snyder also served in multiple tours on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations, Office of the Surgeon General, the Pentagon. In the Pentagon, Mr Snyder directed the strategic planning, programming, budgeting and operations of the Department of the Navy's global integrated health system.
Mr Snyder holds undergraduate (Southern Illinois University) and graduate (Webster University) degrees in hospital administration and a graduate degree in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, Washington, DC. Mr Snyder is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives having served as both a Regent and Governor for the college.
Molly Foo
Group Senior Vice President, Finance & Logistics
Molly Foo was appointed as Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2003 and was recently designated as Senior Vice President, Finance/Chief Financial Officer. Ms Foo started with Mount Elizabeth Hospital in August 1993 and was the General Manager, Finance. Prior to this, Ms Foo was the Financial Controller for Mount Alvernia Hospital from 1990 to 1993.
Ms Foo graduated with a Bachelor in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
Choo Oi Yee
Group Senior Vice President, Strategy & Planning
Choo Oi Yee joined Parkway on 15 May 2006 and was recently designated as Group Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning & Business Development. Ms Choo is responsible for the formulation and implementation of Parkway's business strategy and business development. Prior to joining Parkway, Ms Choo was an investment banker with Citigroup from 2000 to 2006. She was with Arthur Anderson from 1996 to 1998.
Ms Choo graduated with a Bachelor in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.
June Tay
Group Senior Vice President, Legal & Risk
June Tay was appointed as Group Legal Manager in 1996 and was recently designated as Group Senior Vice President, General Counsel/Company Secretary. Ms Tay is responsible for legal and corporate secretarial matters as well as risk management for Parkway and its group of companies. Ms Tay joined Parkway Properties Pte Ltd in May 1981 as its Corporate Legal Officer and has been the Company Secretary of Parkway since 1985.
Ms Tay graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Singapore.
Ann Yong
Group Senior Vice President, People & Talent
Ann has more than 20 years of practical experience in the full spectrum of human resources management. Prior to joining Parkway, Ann was the Global HR Director of Parlex (Shanghai) Circuit Co. Ltd responsible for the human resource and corporate services of the Group covering China, USA and UK operations. Ann held several senior appointments as HR Director in various MNCs such as NCS, Beloit, Motorola, Allen & Gledhill.
Ann received her Bachelor Degree of Arts from the former Nanyang University and also obtained the Master of Science in Asia Pacific HR Management from National University of Singapore.
Justine Wingrove
Group Senior Vice President & Chief Executive Officer,
Parkway Life REIT
Ms. Wingrove is the Chief Executive Officer of the Manager. Ms. Wingrove has extensive experience in the areas of real estate acquisitions and disposals, asset management, valuations, development and finance. She has held a number of senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Capital Services Group, Singapore from 2005 to 2007. Capital Services Group provides asset management, acquisition advice, investment disposal services, quarterly valuations and cashflow management services to Lehman Brothers throughout Asia. From 2003 to 2005, Ms. Wingrove was Head of Investment at Savills (Singapore) Pte Ltd where she was working with funds and property companies, on their real estate investment requirements in Asia and the UK.
From 2000 to 2003, Ms. Wingrove was a Property Investor & Developer and from 1997 to 2000, she worked at Jones Lang La Salle, Singapore as a Senior Manager, Global Client Services.
From 1995 to 1997, Ms. Wingrove was a Senior Investment Surveyor at Strutt & Parker, London, UK, involved in the marketing, sale and acquisition of commercial investment property for pension funds, insurance companies and property companies. From 1994 to 1995, Ms. Wingrove was a Trainee Investment Surveyor in Hermes Property Asset Management Ltd, London, UK, which manages and invests the British Telecom and Post Office Pension Funds. She was also the Sales & Marketing Manager for the Palco Group, London, UK from 1988 to 1990.
Ms. Wingrove is a Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She graduated from South Bank University with a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management.
Dr Goh Jin Hian
Division President, Singapore Operations
Dr Goh has over 14 years of experience in healthcare. In the last six years, he has been providing consultancy advice to CEOs, trade unions and human resource managers in the area of healthcare benefits and cost management.
He leads the Transplant and Cellular Therapy Clinical Programme in ParkwayHealth, and sits on the boards of Gleneagles Clinical Research Centre, a wholly-owned Parkwayhealth company, Parkway Shenton, Shenton Insurance and IAG Healthsciences. He is also an independent director of Wuyi Pharmaceutical, a company listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
This National University of Singapore (MBBS) and University of Hull (MBA) graduate also attended the advanced Management Programme at Wharton in 2005. Dr Goh has served on several councils such as the Singapore Medical Association and the College of family Physicians Singapore. Currently, Dr Goh is the Vice-President of the Singapore Human Resource Institute.
Dr Lee Hong Huei
Deputy President, Singapore Operations
Dr Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1994 and obtained his Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine in 2003.
Prior to joining ParkwayHealth, he was involved in the regulatory environment of the Ministry of Health headquarters as a Health Administrator Dr Lee is firmly behind the company's vision of a world class integrated healthcare delivery system and he is a strong advocate in leveraging technology for improving healthcare operations and quality of care. Dr Lee has also served on several Ministry of Health committees on clinical quality and electronic medical records. He received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Warwick Business school (United Kingdom) in July 2008.
Raju Narayan
Division President,
International Operations South East Asia & Middle East
Raju is the Division President, International Operations (South Asia, South East Asia & Middle East) at ParkwayHealth, Singapore. Raju has over 18 years of experience in healthcare and hospital management in India and in Singapore. Prior to joining ParkwayHealth, Raju has worked with both government and private healthcare facilities in Singapore, such as the 1400-bed Tan Tock SengHospital, 800-bed Changi General Hospital, and the 380-bed Raffl es Hospital, in various senior management positions.
Raju serves as a member of the Board of Directors for ParkwayHealth’s Joint Ventures in India and is a key member of the Group’s International Operations management team providing services for setting up and managing new healthcare facilities across South Asia and Middle East regions.
Raju has an Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications (Specialising in Biomedical Instrumentation) from India.
Bernie Poh
Chief Executive Officer, Mount Elizabeth Hospital
As the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Bernie was engaged in the Group’s strategic aligning and organization development functions. He previously serves as a Hospital Administrator of an acute care private medical specialist centre in Malaysia.
Bernie is also an International affiliate with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Bernie received his Master’s degree in Hospital Management from Nations Health Career School of Management in co-operation with HfB-Business School of Finance & Management (Germany). He begins his new role as Chief Executive Officer of Mount Elizabeth in the new year.
Tan Poh Lan
Chief Executive Officer Gleneagles Hospital
Ms Tan Poh Lan was appointed Chief Executvie Officer, Gleneagles Hospital on 1st September 2008.
Ms Tan was Chief Executive Officer East Shore Hospital since 1st March 2007. Ms Tan is responsible for the general management and operations of the hospital.
Ms Tan joined Mount Elizabeth Hospital in March 1991 and worked as an Assistant General Manager of Mount Elizabeth Hospital.Ms Tan graduated with Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from University of Queensland (Australia) and holds an MBA from University of Singapore.
Dr Michael Tan
Chief Executive Officer East Shore Hospital
Dr Tan has been providing business and professional leadership for the Primary Healthcare division for the last three years. Under his leadership, Parkway Primary Care Network (also known as ParkwayShenton) has grown to be the market leader in the corporate healthcare industry. He spent the first few years as a physician manager in the Shenton Medical Group clinics, before being promoted to Medical Director for the GP clinics in ParkwayShenton. Subsequently he led the business development for the Primary Care, leading it to become a market leader in the private primary healthcare industry.
His experience in the corporate healthcare scene also made him a well sought after advisor to many multinational companies and large local companies in their healthcare benefits policy design. His other area of specialty interest is in the area of Business Continuity Planning for Medical Crises and he has served as a consultant on several Risk Management projects for large corporations. He was also instrumental in the successful execution of the recent National Flu Pandemic Exercise conducted by the Ministry of Health conducted recently.
Dr Tan has also served on various Ministry of Health committees for various issues related to primary health care, and is frequently featured in the media for his perspectives on primary healthcare and corporate healthcare issues.
Dr Tan’s undergraduate training in medicine was from the National University of Singapore. He has postgraduate qualifications in Occupational Medicine, Dermatology and Health Insurance. Dr Tan holds a Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College, University of London. He is a member of the American Academy of Insurance Medicine and the Academy of Insurance Medicine of Asia.
Dr Swee Yong Peng
Divisional Vice President, Surgical Programme and
Chief Executive Officer, Parkway Shenton
Dr Swee Yong Peng graduated from National University of Singapore (MBBS) in 1989. Deeply interested in uncovering holistic treatments for patients, he subsequently earned his diplomas in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture from the Singapore's Chinese Physician Training College and Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Nanjing University of TCM, Nanjing, China specialising in the integration of east and west medicine.
He is the first in Singapore to hold practising licences for both western medicine and TCM. His interest in integrative medicine has helped many patients benefit from the wisdom of both therapeutic approaches. Dr Swee also holds concurrent appointments as Medical Director for the Chinese Medical Clinic at Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital as well as the the Deputy Principal for the Singapore TCM College.
Poh Suan Lim

Chief Executive Officer Medi-Rad Associates Ltd
Lim Poh Suan was appointed as General Manager, Medi-Rad Associates Ltd on 1 March 2002 and was recently designated as Divisional Vice President, Imaging Services and Chief Executive Officer, Medi-Rad Associates Ltd Ms Lim is responsible for the general management and operations of the Group's radiology and nuclear medicine services. Ms Lim started with Mount Elizabeth Hospital in July 1984 and was Head of Radiology with the Hospital prior to her current appointment.
Ms Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of London and holds a Diploma of the College of Radiographers.
George Pusavat

Parkway Laboratory Services Ltd
George Pusavat was appointed as General Manager, Parkway Laboratory Services Ltd on 1 July 1997 and was recently designated as Divisional Vice President, ParkwayHealth Laboratory Services and Chief Executive Officer, Parkway Laboratory Services Ltd.
Mr Pusavat is responsible for the general management and operations of the Group's Laboratory Services.
Mr Pusavat graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from University of California at Los Angeles, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from California State University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Southern California. He also holds a MT (ASCP) from American Society for Clinical Pathology and a CLS from State of California, USA.
